How do I know I am getting an authentic autograph?

All of our items include authentication information. Please see our Authenticity page for more information.

I just missed the Deal of the Day. Can I still buy?

Unfortunately, our deals are offered under time-sensitive conditions so you have to take advantage while the window is still open. After the deal expires, it's gone! Plus, most deals are subject to sell out. First come, first served! If an item is still in stock once the deal ends, it will still be available in our store at an incredibly low Insider Sports Deals price.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and going to your order information.

Why am I being charged sales tax?

A state sales tax of 8.25% is charged to all Texas shipments.

How do I know my order has been received?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you did not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder, or login to your account and verify the order was placed.

How do I use the Rewards Points I earned on my purchase?

Why do I not see the Rewards Points for all of my purchases?

You must be logged into your account for each purchase to receive reward points. This Rewards Program began on October 17th, 2011. You will not receive any points for purchases placed before that date.

I live outside of the United States. Will you ship to me?

Yes, we can ship our items to most of the world. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

Does Insider Sports Deals purchase memorabilia?

To ensure our authenticity guarantee, Insider Sports Deals does not purchase memorabilia from individuals in the open market.
