Hall of Fame relief pitcher Billy Wagner has hand signed this Houston Astros 8x10 photo and inscribed "HOF 25". Billy Wagner played 16 seasons as a star relief pitcher for the Houston Astros, Philadelphia Phillies, New York Mets, Boston Red Sox and Atlanta Braves. During his time with the Astros, he won the 1999 NL Rolaids Relief Man Award and pitched a combined no-hitter in 2003.
