Bart Starr was the star quarterback for the Green Bay Packers until 1971. He led the Packers to two Super Bowl championships and was named the MVP for both games. Starr has the highest playoff passer rating (104.80) of any quarterback in NFL history and a playoff record of 9-1. The four-time Pro Bowler was named to the NFL's 1960s All-Decade Team, and his #15 was retired by the Packers in 1973. He was enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Packers Hall of Fame in 1977. Starr passed away in 2019 at the age of 85.
